Intelligent fiber reinforcement technology: Control the dispersion and distribution of reinforcement fibers in the material matrix through the production process, so that the reinforcement fibers form a network skeleton structure in the material, and bear most of the load transmitted by the material matrix. Significantly improve the mechanical properties of the material
Ultra-low humidity sensitivity: UltraPA-GF substrate uses high-temperature nylon, and the saturated moisture absorption rate is only one-tenth of that of ordinary PA6, which completely solves the defects of great changes in the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials before and after moisture absorption.
Super wear resistance: UltraPA-GF has low friction coefficient, self-lubricating property and good wear resistance. Easily realize all kinds of high-strength gears and industrial applications requiring wear resistance.
Special requirements: equipment nozzle temperature 300°C;
use stainless steel nozzle or hardened steel nozzle, base plate material needs to be coated with PVP glue
